These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) govern the relationship between you (the donor) and us (CUDOX WELLBEING C.I.C, company number 12616307 “Cudox”, “us”) in relation to any donation payment you make to us through our website https://cudox.co.uk.
By confirming on the website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for that donation.
1. Our Agreement with You
Making a donation on these terms and conditions does not constitute the creation of a contract. We have complete discretion over whether to accept a donation and reserve the right to decline for any reason whatsoever and provide a full refund. The agreement between you and us will be entered into once we have accepted your offer and processed your donation.
2. The Donation
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our business to help support those who would not be able to access our services without donations, and in accordance with our Fundraising Promise.
All donations through our website are to be made via our payment services provider, Stripe. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorise Stripe (or such other payment services provider as we may use from time to time) to request funds from your credit or debit card provider (as applicable).
3. Acknowledgement
We will send you prompt acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your donation. If you do not receive such an email from us please do let us know as soon as possible.
4. Refunds
Supporters are responsible for ensuring they donate the amount they intended. Cudox can only provide refunds where required by law, or where there has been a technical error caused by cudox.co.uk.
If you become aware of any payment error, please contact Cudox as soon as possible at info@cudox.co.uk or on 01472 289838 as well as your credit or debit card provider, where applicable. If you have any other concerns regarding your donation or a potential donation, please do contact us using the contact us form.
5. General
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

These terms are governed by English law and you can only bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
