Outside In
Book our transformative 6-week programme, designed to support both adults, children and young people in nurturing their wellbeing. Each week, participants enjoy a 1-hour physical activity session and a 1-hour group session, all within a supportive and inclusive environment.
This programme is inspired by compelling research from leading psychiatrists and psychologists, highlighting the powerful connections between psychological, biological, and environmental factors-and their profound impact on wellbeing and life outcomes. By addressing these core elements, we empower participants to thrive.
What to Expect
- Physical Activity Programme:
Engage in body movement, communication, and confidence-building activities. Choose from options like yoga or the unique experience of a silent disco-all designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and confident. - Creative Group Therapy:
Alongside physical activity, our group sessions provide a safe and supportive space to explore emotions and build self-awareness. Activities focus on the mind-body connection, mindfulness, and boosting self-esteem.
Our creative therapy methods allow participants to express themselves and process feelings without always needing to speak, making our approach accessible and inclusive for everyone. - Integrated Wellbeing:
We demonstrate how physical and mental wellbeing are deeply linked, and how nurturing both can lead to lasting positive change.
Empowering Children and Young People:
Feedback and observation show that young participants are empowered to support one another through shared experiences, becoming advocates for wellbeing through their own lived experiences. Thanks to our strong relationships with schools, we’re uniquely positioned to deliver these innovative activities to those who need them most.

Creative Art programme
Inside Out
Our 10-week Creative Art Programme is designed for groups of up to 12 adults, offering a unique and supportive environment where creative expression becomes a powerful tool for personal development.
Why Creative Art?
Facilitated by a qualified Therapist, this programme uses a variety of artistic activities-including painting, drawing, sculpting, and collage-making-to nurture confidence, ease distress, and combat isolation. Through art, participants form meaningful friendships and build supportive networks, helping each other overcome life’s challenges.
The Power of Art Therapy.
Art Therapy is a proven approach that uses creative expression as a means of communication, enabling individuals to explore emotions, boost self-esteem, manage behaviours, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness. The process of creating art is inherently therapeutic and healing, offering a gentle yet effective path to wellbeing.
What Happens in Each Session?
- Guided and Free Creative Activities:
Each session is led by a qualified Therapist, who may provide structured activities or encourage participants to express themselves freely through their chosen art form. - Personal Expression and Insight:
The artwork created is a visual journey into each participant’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In group discussions with the therapist, individuals gain valuable insights into their emotions and behaviours, identify patterns, and work towards personal growth and healing. - A Safe Space for Everyone:
Art Therapy is especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to express themselves verbally and for individuals who have experienced trauma. It offers a gentle, non-verbal outlet for processing and healing.

It Didn’t Start With You - Supporting Parents and Families
Our innovative 8-week programme for groups of up to 12 parents and parents-to-be, blends group therapy with education. This supportive space helps participants understand how their own life experiences shape their relationships and parenting styles.
Aimed at all parents-including foster parents, fathers, and co-parents-to join our mental health group. Our aim is to provide early support, helping to prevent escalation of mental health challenges and fostering positive family dynamics.
This compassionate programme is designed for anyone preparing for, or experiencing, parenthood with a particular focus on those facing heightened emotional challenges-such as existing mental health concerns, pregnancy after loss, or difficult decisions about past pregnancies. We encourage open, non-judgmental conversations about topics that are often hidden, like the realities of bonding with a baby or feelings of isolation.
A key focus is on how our own childhood attachment patterns can unconsciously influence our children. By raising awareness and exploring intergenerational impacts, we help break cycles of distress and promote healing.
Additional Support Options
When extra help is needed, we offer one-to-one therapy for individuals, couples, and families (additional costs may apply). Our approach centres on relationships-especially for those impacted by poor attachment or inherited trauma-and supports perinatal mental health through pregnancy and early parenthood.
Why Self-Care Matters.
At Cudox, we believe caring for yourself is the foundation of caring for your family-just as on an airplane, you’re advised to put on your oxygen mask first. By looking after your own wellbeing, you’re better equipped to support those you love.
Our mission is to ensure every family has access to the information, tools, and support they need to thrive together.

Cudox does not subscribe to a symptom specific therapeutic model, conversely person-centred therapy is non-prescriptive, self-directed and explorative. Viewed through a curious and compassionate lens, therapy gently and safely reveals new insight, making connections to unresolved, and very often, unconscious deep rooted experiences that can contribute to mental health pathology.
We encourage organisations and businesses to get in touch—let us help you support your community’s wellbeing with tailor-made packages designed to meet your unique needs.
