Outside In – An Ongoing Community Project

Cudox, a leading therapy and counselling service, has embarked on an exciting pilot project in partnership with Fund Active Humber, Sports England and The National Lottery. The goal is to create a comprehensive program that combines facilitated therapeutic group sessions with invigorating yoga classes.
