About Karen Hoe

I am a freelance consultant with over 10 years of experience working across the charity sector supporting families of children with Disabilities and Special Educational Needs.

I am currently working with 3 different National charities in the sector offering a range of varied support including workshop delivery, advocacy, campaigns strategic lead as well as part-time help desk manager.

For the last year, I have been project managing a £ 30 million funded Government programme with one of the charities as a delivery partner working and supporting local authorities across England in a National campaign.

My experience in Education, Health and Social Care systems ensures my work is diverse and rewarding, working with a wide range of stakeholders and Families to advocate, train and empower for both Inclusion and increased awareness of the impact that Disabilities have in their daily lives.
