About Kristyn Horsewood

I am a trainee counsellor, in my final year of studying for a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling.

I work primarily from a person-centred approach, while also drawing on solution-focused techniques. This means I value your individuality and see you as the expert in your own life, while also supporting you in finding practical steps forward when you feel ready.

I believe that every client’s journey is unique, and I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences in your own way.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy, understanding, and encouragement as you move towards the changes and growth that feel right for you.
