Supporting Individuals Into Counselling

Our Fees Explained

Our primary goal at Cudox is to support individuals in strengthening their relationships, regardless of their income.

Private, Part and Fully Funded Sessions

As a charitable organisation, our mission is to ensure access to therapy when in need and for as long as is required, regardless of income.

Because funding is highly competitive and not always accessible, we have had to explore innovative approaches to assist our clients. One of the ways we accomplish this is by implementing a sliding scale fee structure.

This means that the cost of counselling is determined based on an individual’s income, allowing those with limited financial resources to pay less.

Additionally, we have formed partnerships with benevolent organisations such as The National Lottery, Lincolnshire Community Foundation, Active Humber, A Platform to Talk and more….. These collaborations enable us to provide services to our clients on either a funded or part-funded basis.

At Cudox, we take pride in delivering a consistent level of service excellence to all our clients, irrespective of their session fees. If you qualify for reduced-rate counselling, rest assured that the support you receive will meet the highest clinical standards.

However, despite our diligent efforts to minimise costs, it is probable that most individuals seeking support at Cudox will need to contribute a fee to access our services.

These fees are essential for sustaining our organisation, covering expenses such as compensating our counsellors and administrators, maintaining our physical and virtual counselling spaces, and promoting our services to reach as many people as possible. Additionally, these fees enable us to invest in the training and development of our practitioners, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist you with any challenges you may bring.

We are continuously exploring new avenues to reduce session costs and extend support to as many people as we can.

If you would like to determine if you are eligible for services at a reduced rate, we encourage you to contact us for a consultation as we may have access to local grants or bursaries that can alleviate the financial burden. Now, let’s discuss the way our fees are structured at Cudox:

Private paying clients (face-to-face/online or outreach sessions): £45.

Part-funded sessions: In these cases, clients contribute to the counselling fees, and if funding is available at the time, we will partially fund the remainder.

Funded sessions: While we would love to offer funding to anyone in need, it is important to note that funding availability may vary. Please contact us for a chat regarding funded sessions if you are in need of support.

At Cudox, we place great importance on establishing fees based on trust. We do not require individuals to provide proof of their income, as we trust that they are the best judge of their own financial situation and what is affordable for them.
