Our Promise to you
Cudox CIC is immensely grateful for the support of individuals like you who are passionate about improving our community. We are committed to being legal, open, honest, and respectful in all our interactions with you and in handling your donations. This is our promise to you:
1. Our Standards:
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we understand the importance of fundraising to enhance our services and provide counselling, therapy, and support to the most vulnerable people in North East Lincolnshire. We promise to maintain the highest standards in fundraising practices, always adhering to relevant regulations and laws applicable to CICs.
We will closely monitor our fundraising practices, as well as those of our fundraisers, volunteers, and any third-party partners involved in fundraising, ensuring that they uphold the same standards we set.
2. Your Donations:
Your donations will be used exclusively to improve Cudox’s services and further our mission of providing therapy and counselling to those in need in North East Lincolnshire, regardless of their financial situation. We are committed to utilising your contributions responsibly to make a lasting positive impact in our community.
We pledge to be truthful and transparent about our work, avoiding exaggeration, so you can witness the real impact of your donations. We will provide clear information on how your contributions are utilised, and we welcome your inquiries about financial matters concerning Cudox.
Making a donation to support our cause should be simple and clear. We will offer a clear explanation of how you can contribute, whether it’s a one-time donation or regular giving. Our terms and conditions for donations will be readily available, and we are always here to address any questions you may have.
We understand that donations may sometimes be made under sensitive circumstances. As a result, we promise to treat our donors and the public with fairness, empathy, and compassion. We will never use language or images that could intentionally cause distress or anxiety.
Your decision to support Cudox is voluntary and should not be influenced by undue pressure. We will provide you with the necessary information and time to make an informed choice. Occasionally, we may decide not to accept a donation if it does not align with our ethical policies or if accepting it could harm our reputation. If such a situation arises, we will offer a clear explanation for our decision.
Donations are subject to corporation tax (essentially, taxing a company’s profit/loss). We appreciate every donation given to Cudox Well-being CIC, but we want you to know that we won’t see every penny you donate unlike a Charity
3. Your Personal Information:
We value your privacy, rights, and personal information. We will always respect your communication preferences and handle your data in compliance with privacy laws. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our privacy policy.
If you have any concerns about how we use your personal information or wish to communicate with us in a specific manner, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your trust and confidence in Cudox are of paramount importance to us.
